Trouble processing hotels.com booking
Everything was okay except for check in. The desk clerk was having some issue with my checkin because it was a hotels.com reservation. She finally asked me to have a seat and wait since she needed to call for help with my reservation. I waited for over 30 minutes while she checked in several other parties. They just kept coming and she was the only one manning the desk. She finally was able to get back with me and started the whole process over. This time it appeared to go okay but when my husband went to buy a soda much later that night the new person at the desk told him they were still trying to process the hotels.com payment.He said to check back at desk before we departed. At checkout the new desk agent told me they were still working on it but it wasn’t our fault- we had paid hotels.com. All the agents we dealt with were extremely nice ( including the first one who was very apologetic and appreciative of our patience.)
