Front desk agent was rude, had been watching TV when I got there and seemed upset I interrupted, with six other guests, confirmed by morning agent, he refused to move us to a ground floor room when we asked, because there was no elevator, and I have a sprained ankle and shoulder from a work injury.
We then fought to get the requested rollaway bed, which we had been assured would be ready when we arrived. The agent was not happy to have to carry it upstairs.
In the room, the bathroom was a mess, there was something sticky on the counter that we had to clean off, and a stain on one of the pillow cases and a couple towels.
In the morning we were woken early by very loud music coming from a room on our floor that could be heard floor wide. The front desk called the two occupied rooms about it, both said they heard it but didn't know where it was coming from. When I checked, it was coming from a room the front desk agent had said was unoccupied, 216, but that had music blasting as well as a do not disturb hanger on the door.
