The hotel was ok but the room was too small for 3 people and was very much like a UK travel lodge, clean but basic. The main issue was the room was also far too hot, no air conditioning. It was disappointing that considering the views the rooms don’t have balconies, most of the others in the area do. Out of our 3 days there only once was someone who spoke and always smiled on reception, the others we saw on reception were miserable and obviously didn’t want to be there. It’s a shame because it could be lovely in that location but there are issues that need to be improved, we won’t stay again. We have spent a month travelling around Georgia and out of all of the 7 hotels this was the worst and it wasn’t the cheapest either.

This hotel got everything right. Made my winter holiday with my family a great memory. Rooms were spacious and nice, views were amazing, easy access to ski lifts, wonderful breakfast buffet, outdoor hot tub pool, and best of all dogs with puppies for the kids to play with. Definitely visiting next year though i do wish they make more budget friendly shuttle services available to New Gudauri.

Great vibes and ambience

Nice hotel with great vibes for friends and couples. The rooms are so tiny. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, no room service is available. I will stay again for sure, with a bigger room or suit.

Hotel confortável mas caro para o que oferece

Hotel muito bom, com excelente atendimento e café da manhã farto. Quarto pequeno e não havia ar condicionado. Nos forneceram um ventilador quando dissemos que estávamos com calor. Pouco para o que pagamos na diária.

Fair no value for money

Room was very dark as a concept hardly lights. Furnitre and carpet was Ikea minos.Except the looby hotel was dated , parking looks like construction site. I stayed off season after summer mid sep , the hotel was empty and i paid way too much money for the poor quality of room i got.

Disappointing Room

Room was very underwhelming. It is overly priced. Very small room and mountain view was a letdown. It was at level 1 with only a small window when the pictures showed full length window.

large space for duplex for 3-4 passengers.

think better than rooms hotel if you travel more than 2 people. but they charge per person even if you have 2 king beds with 2 adults and 1 child. you still have to pay per child. other than that, great location, parking not very comfortable. far away from trails as you might need to drive 30-40min. but must to take the lift to the top of mountain. staff smiling is also great!!

Pretty good.

Overall it was a good stay but we had to beg the staff to clean our room. It only happened after asking multiple times at the front desk. We forgot a pair of pajamas and phone battery but because they don’t answer their phone we were not able to speak with anyone to retrieve the items. Very sad. The breakfast was good and ski rental and ski in/out was very easy. Bed were comfortable.

Just like many other tourists that week, I had to make several changes to my itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. The hotel messaged me saying my reservation was canceled by Expedia. I spent 24 hours trying to find out if our reservation was valid and whether we could continue our stay or had to move out. The management is not there on weekends, so the front desk is unable to deal with anything out of the ordinary. Upon calling Expedia, I found out that was a lie - the hotel just did not want to deal with us.

Almost great

The property has a lovely location with great views and a great pool. We really loved the restaurant and bar, the honey cocktails are amazing, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is perfect, we are vegetarian and there were plenty of great options. The hotel is also spotless clean. A few issues we had: there is nowhere near to buy anything so bring snacks if you have kids or you will need to walk down a highway road to the nearest shop. Not suggested. There is a wine shop but the rooms don't have bottle openers or glasses and takes forever to get them to bring one. The biggest issue is the whole place is totally drowned in peach air freshener, totally overpowering and I felt choked every-time I entered reception. Also, there is no room service at all and the heat at night is often unbearable, we slept with the window open. The hotel has so many great points, but falls short on a few issues that made the stay uncomfortable. They need to get rid of the 'concept store' and get something useful! For the price it is good and if you come more prepared than we did it there wouldn't be an issue. We would stay again for the lovely staff, the food, and the dogs :)
