While I understand, I would have appreciated a heads up that the pool was going to be out of service for the duration of our stay. It was the only selling point of this hotel for us. The bed was lumpy and the pillows flat, even folding them up offered little support. Clear indications that a dog or dogs have stayed in the room recently. Housekeeping was so wonderful though, even with a language barrier; she went out of her way to come back with google translate open and then proceeded to help me bring my luggage down the stairs.

I booked 4 rooms for my family. Two of the rooms had to be changed as they had a horrible smell to them and possibly mold. The breakfast was ok. The pool wasn’t open so the kids didn’t get to enjoy it. A reason I booked here to begin with. I felt the price was a bit steep for what we experienced.

I've been traveling for business and personal for decades and never has a motel charged me a damage deposit. I found that strange and I'm waiting to see if it's refunded or it's a scam to jack up the room rate

We reserved this hotel because it has a pool. When we got there the pool was completely empty. The room had a nasty smell. The hallways smelled like food. The covers had stains. Other than that rooms have air conditioning and clean rooms.

The pool was closed not that we wanted to use it. We stayed one night. The bathroom door got stuck on the floor a little way in so you couldn't open it fully so you had to carefully work your way between the tub and toilet to shut the door fully. The room smelled like mildew or mold but we couldn't figure out if it was due to the humid area or the hotel trying to update.

Pool was drained & closed I asked for a refund. They would not refund or cancel my booking. I would not recommend this place at all. So I paid for 3 days and never stayed any. Overall place looked dirty & smelled.

No pool and wouldn’t refund our stay. Website said the pool was open and our two younger children were extremely upset and it was the main reason for booking this hotel. Beds also had weird tar like stains. Would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. We left a day early due to poor service and poor experience. 0/10 hotel

Entered property and lobby was fine. Staff person check us in and was very pleasant. Got to our room and it was awful. Stained sheets and bed comforter, unfinished ceiling work in bathroom. Very disturbing and did not sleep as a result. Will never stay at this brand again!

We reserved this hotel because it advertised that it had a pool however when we arrived the pool was drained for maintenance. There was no mention of this on the website. The rooms had an odor to them, the hallways smelled of urine, and the headboard on the bed had obvious hand prints on it. The staff was nice however the building and rooms were not.

Walked in place was dirty & smelled alwful. Pool was drained & closed I asked for a refund & was going to go else where. The guy working front counter lied about another hotel having its pool down too. They would not refund or cancel my booking. I would not recommend this place at all. So I paid for 3 days and never stayed. Ripped me off.
