Very nice location in the city centre. Lovely room with a balcony and smart TV. However, my bathroom was out in the hallway and was accessible to everyone.

Clean, easy check-in, great for 1 or 2 nights on a budget. can get a bit loud as it's full of young people. Especially the rooms facing the narrow courtyard where the sound carries from other rooms.

Okay option for a short stay

The place is okay to stay a few nights, no reception or staff on site. Small but efficient rooms. No real breakfast options, just a few packaged muffins and crackers on the desk and juice boxes in the minifridge. Very good central location on a side street. Sheets and towels were clean but the room itself needed a good cleaning/dusting. Noisy water pump kept turning on every now and then during the night.

Okay for a one-night stay in Catania city center

The room is spacious and the location is great. Breakfast consists on premade/packaged goodies (cereals, muffins, two bread slices, juice) that can be found in the room upon arrival - there is no tea (only coffee capsules) nor kettle in the room. The height of the door to the room was a bit low (1.7 m approx). Our biggest issue with the room is the bathroom: at regular intervals (every 10ish minutes, specially after using the toilet) a loud noise would come from the cistern, and the shower head kept dripping for a while after being used.

It was difficult to check in as we had to call to the accomodation to get in and before that take pictures of our passports and sent them to accomodator. Room was worn out. We paid for triple room and we got double room with extra bed. Breakfast as in picture just some everlasting biscuits and piece of cake. But close to center. Ok for one night. Would not stay again.

The property misrepresented its rooms and services The room I booked was not the room I received Owner rude and unavailable when problems arose Demoralizing comments made by owner when complaints were made AC didn’t work first night. Stuck on 18 Celsius. Contacted owner Nothing done until nex day. AC set by owner and remote removed from room Last night owner turned off AC despite the high temperature outside and the remote had been removed the previous night so it could not be turned on No breakfast Stale packaged food Door to room was not a secure door but a door used for closets or wardrobe. Key was nearly impossible to use and anyone could see in room by looking through key hole! Lights on stairs were dark and unsafe Curtains on window were plastic and too narrow to provide privacy from rooms across road Toilet would run off and on and omit fowl odor that filled room Streets outside were full of graffiti and trash. People could be heard all hours breaking bottles and yelling One half ounce shampoo / body wash per day. No soap for hand washing. Totally unsanitary !Pillows were hard and uncomfortable When I informed owner I would file a complaint with Expedia I was told “Go ahead” I felt unsafe in the room at night and slept with my phone. The owner was totally absent from property physically and mentally Hotel should be removed from Expedia website I would like a FULL refund

The property is in a great location for sightseeing on foot in Catania. The property description & photos gave the impression that there was a bar & a breakfast room. These are both false. The breakfast was some cakes, a yoghurt & a small carton of juice left in the bedroom. The tea & coffee making facilities was actually a coffee maker so useless if you wanted tea. All the water in the bathroom went through a noisy masserator, and our leaking shower set this off every 1/2 hour, which kept waking us up. The bearings had gone in the aircon unit so you couldnt use it if you wanted to sleep.The delux triple room we paid for was a double with a queen sized bed. The only person on site was the cleaner who didn't speak English. When I finally spoke to the owner her comment was "you don't need a triple room as there's only two of you". On the plus side, the hairdryer was the best one i've ever had in a hotel room.

O hotel não tem recepção, eu enviei mensagens pelo WhatsApp e a princípio foi mais complicado pela falta de retorno. Foi estressante, até que finalmente atenderam a ligação. Depois de tudo acertado, conseguimos o código para entrarmos no hotel. Para a minha surpresa, o quarto que reservamos que deveria ter duas camas ao menos, pois era um quarto triplo luxo suite, tinha somente uma cama, eu reclamei, pois eu não estava na companhia de um namorado/marido, estava com um amigo e ficamos desconfortáveis. Não adiantou reclamarmos, a outra cama só foi posta no quarto no dia seguinte. É inadmissível esse tipo de coisa acontecer. A foto que inclui é do café da manhã, sem faltar um item.😳

It is right in the middle of the coolest part of Catania. Good reasonable restaurants with nice, friendly staffs. You MUST SEE the Roman amphitheater a few blocks away! The rooms are big and clean, coffee maker, light breakfast food provided, oranges and bananas in lobby. Great shower and small, cool balcony for fresh air. Taxis have trouble finding it. You have to book them through Uber. Go to a nearby restaurant. **Your room door slides open** It took me awhile to figure that out. Duh!
