There were several places to eat and shop within walking distance. 15min drive from airport and to cruise port. Everything was nice. Hotel was nice but needs some work. There were stains on the towels, black in the showers and some hair on the towels. Beds were comfortable, sheets clean and room tidy. My favorite part is it’s not carpet in the rooms so it doesn’t smell like other hotels with musty carpet.

First of all this is a motel - NOT a hotel. Room was fine but the air conditioning and TV did not work. Location is terrible on the busiest part of Biscayne. Literally drag racing all night and several loud fights across the street at the 24 hour McDonalds. We booked because we were looking for a single cheap night before our cruise. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more for a better experience - and a good night’s sleep - somewhere else.

Hotel was very old and stale, but location was excellent! Arriving with missing luggage, we appreciated the extensive shopping opportunities within a 10 minute walk as we were able to replace missing essential items for our cruise. Staff allowed us extra time before checking out because of our situation of trying to replenish and repack. Fast food restaurant across the street proved very convenient.
