No one at reception on arrival, rang bell about 10 mins later someone turns up, doesn’t even pre-auth room just gets me to sign them looks at me like, go on move now, weird. Carpets in reception needs vacuuming, very strange smell on stairs. Sometimes made bed, sometimes didn’t. Replaced towels when they felt like it. Water was brown but had to ask for water, should have been replaced daily. Had to clear own table to find somewhere to eat in bar, after starters no plates cleared and mains delivered, food was OK. Breakfast buffet was cold daily and not much choice of fresh fruit etc.
