Near perfect

The apartments and the complex were as good as we could have hoped for. Location was perfect, pools were warm and plenty big enough. The room was cleaned every day. Walls were a bit thin as we could hear next doors kids shouting at 11pm coming back from a night out, but on the whole we would recommend these apartments.

Have stayed multiple times however we thought that the service was suffering at the pool bar. Only one member of staff on until 1.45pm that is to late for the lunch service. People were waiting a long time for drinks and food. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Shortage of staff is letting the reputation of the apartments down. Will think seriously about returning.

The Property is in an excellent location with friendly staff. Breakfast is decent but with no variation. The Property is clean, but we saw a dead cockroach on the ground and read about the same before arriving. Overall, the Property needs modernisation when water leaks all over the floor and the old toilet system, just like having time running in the toilet. All in all, it was a good stay.

Let me start by saying on the whole this place is a good hotel. Amenities, food, pool, location etc all good. It’s just been very hot indeed in Tenerife and it did not have proper air conditioning, instead had fans on the ceiling. Honestly I struggled to sleep. So as much as I did like the hotel generally it was sooo hot at night.

Vi fikk leilighet G3-1, den hadde stor terrasse pluss en liten terrasse ut fra soverom i tillegg. Begrenset bassengutsikt fikk vi og. Frokost var ok, litt lite variasjon og ingen "breakfast tea" - glad jeg tok med hjemmefra. Middag var stort sett helt OK, vi sparte nok litt penger på å kunne spise på hotellet om kvelden. Personalet var utrolig hyggelig, både i resepsjon og restaurant og bar. Kjøpesenter i nærheten og supermarked rett over gata.

Restaurante/comida - Apesar do cafe da manha ser bom, o jantar foi assustador, cada noite foi se superando, chegando na ultima noite terrivel, nem arroz tinha, somente 1 unico jantar houve carne vermelha, os demais era o mesmo peixe sem sabor ou frango mal frito. A sobremesa nem tem como mensurar, terrivel, todo dia igual e mesmo sabor. O apartamento nao tem ar condicionado e um dos ventiladores do quarto nao funcionava. O jardim muito mal cuidado e mal iluminado a noite, no caminho para o jantar fica dificil nao escorregar no piso molhado da piscina frente a má iluminacao. A jacuzzi é gelada! A internet pessima! nao funcionava nos quartos Eramos em 5 adultos e somente foi fornecido 3 chaves, apos nossa insistencia. Os travesseiros sao pessimos e somente 2 mantas. Nao havia detergente para lavagem da louça. No jantar nao inclui bebida, sendo a agua em garrafa pequena sem tampa, de procedencia duvidosa, cobrada a 2,90 euros!! ica noite tinha carne vermelha, comida no getal semtempero dia

Bon séjour en famille

Un séjour en famille assez agréable dans l’ensemble dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et a l’écoute. En revanche pas de climatisation des chambres donc nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes. Les hôtels avoisinants mettent la musique assez fort le soir et le matin des 7:30 nous avons eu le droit aux marteaux piqueurs et autres travaux des voisins. Nous avions un appartement équipé en vaisselle et casseroles mais pas d’éponge ni de liquide vaisselle. C’est dommage. L’hôtel est bien situé avec des commerces, des restaurants, et des plages à proximité.

Super Lage, nahe zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade, fußläufig sind außerdem Supermärkte und eine Autovermietung zu erreichen. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel aber in 5 Gehminuten erreicht man einen großen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Schöner großer, beheizter Pool. Schade, dass dies notwendig ist aber ggf. kann die Badeaufsicht am Pool mehr aktiv werden. Liegen werden morgens schon für den ganzen Tag reserviert, Kinder sowie Eltern springen ohne Rücksicht auf andere Badegäste ins Wasser. Super leckeres Frühstück und nettes Frühstückspersonal.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel, zentrumsnsh. Zum Steand geht es einen kleinen Berg hinunter (5 Min), dort findet man auch eine große Strandpromenade. Zimmer haben Ventilator, keine Klima. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, sie hätten innerhalb der Woche mal gekehrt/gesaugt. Bis auf 1x gab es täglich einen einfachen Zimmerservice. Essen war gut, große Auswahl. Personal freundlich. Rigtig dejligt hotel. Smukt poolområde med mange palmer og blomster. Poolen var dejlig varm, selv her i februar. Værelset var lidt slidt men pænt. Sengene var HÅRDE som sten. Og i starten af vores ophold var vejret ikke super, hvilket gjorde at lejligheden var meget kold om natten uden mulighed for at tænde for varmen. Vi måtte tænde ovnen for at varme lidt op! Nok kun 17-18 grader i lejligheden om natten. Så tip til forbedringer: det ville være godt med bedre senge og mulighed for varme om vinteren. Bortset fra det havde vi et skønt ophold til en virkelig fornuftig pris. Personalet på hotellet var så søde. Alle fra reception, rengøring, restaurant og selv livredderen som vi havde læst meget dårligt om forinden, men de var alle søde uden undtagelse. Maden på restauranten var også langt bedre end vi havde turdet håbe på til den fornuftige pris. Friske omeletter til morgenmaden som man selv vælger. Damen der står for omeletter og æg, gør det fantastisk. Luv som kommer og rydder af med et smil hele tiden og som flere gange reddede situationen når vores søn var træt og var ved at blive ked af det. Personalet i restauranten som gjorde noget ekstra ud af min fødselsdag med kager og lys. Kaffen i poolbaren var også super hver gang. Vi håber helt sikkert at komme tilbage en anden gang.
