Considering the price we paid I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room. The windows were dirty, the window blinds were filthy, the bedroom window had lots of moisture built up on the inside and had to wipe it off in order to see out. The toilet would not refill up after each flush, I had to manually play with the flush valve and it would eventually start to fill up with water. There was a water leak coming from the shower/tub onto the carpet on the other side of the wall leading to the living room. The TV in the living room did not work , it kept saying no connection check cables, I called front desk and maintenance guy came up but it would come back on but went out again after about 15 min. It was a problem the whole stay. I got tired of calling front desk to let them know it wasn’t working. We just gave up. I called the desk to ask for a pillow, blanket, coffee/ cream and ice. They said they would have someone bring it up. 2 hours passed so I called again and the lady at the desk said she told someone to do it but that person did not want to do it. She brought it up herself. Besides all of the inconveniences I loved the space, the view, I did not expect perfection but it was not thoroughly prepared to ensure it was ready for guests. I would recommend someone follow up on maintenance and cleanliness. We walked by several employees throughout our stay and they were not attentive to the guests. I can’t remember anyone saying hello, not welcoming at all.
