Very nice hotel on par with other Marriotts. We were there for Disney and the staff was very friendly and helpful with tips. Free park shuttle across the street is very convenient. Not crazy about the $30/day resort fee that forces you to spend at their restaurant/bar and the expensive parking. Beds are a little stiff. Overall a nice stay.

We had a family trip to Disneyland planned and decided to stay at JW Marriott. The hotel was close enough to walk or take the Disneyland bus. Our family had 5 rooms. We all enjoyed the hotel staff, the rooms, the cleanliness and the food. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect
The room was great, the distance from Disney Land was only a 10 minute walk, the bar service was great with great selection of food. overall staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall my family has a very comfortable and great stay at the hotel.

Great stay gray staff
The manger Daniella was superb, made checking in a wonderful experience. There was a gentleman at night who was also spectacular. Matt from the bar on the 11 th floor was welcoming and made great drinks. All the staff in the executive lounge were fabulous. The house cleaning staff were super nice also.
