This hotel is OK if you have an early flight the next morning. It's very simple hotel nothing special, uncomfortable beds, poor shower, basic conditions. The location of the place that appears on hotels is WRONG.... is not the right location it took my driver more than an hour to found it out. Ask for the telephone number.

It’s a shame we can’t post photos in the comments, because the sink was broken, the bathroom ceiling was torn off, there might have been a rat in the room, the TV didn’t work, and the staff tried to rip me off by selling me a can of beer at an exorbitant price; I had to be quite firm before they would refund part of the cost of the can I’d already paid for. It was the evening of 28 May.

Horrible property and location, staff was acting as if he was doing us a favour checking us in. Toilet flush was broken, dirty bedsheets and stains on the pillow, no fridge the door didn't latch from inside. Overall terrible hotel and staff. Not worth a penny.

Hair everywhere on the bed, broken floor tiles, parts of the toilet wall was left un plastered with cement. Random flex pipes coming out the wall. I left after a sleepless night. Stick to Dwarka side if you don't want shady hotels.

It was slightly below the bare minimum for one night in Delhi. The neighbourhood is very dirty, and the window wasn’t sealed properly, so it was very dusty first thing in the morning. The hot water didn’t work properly, although it was still warm enough to use. The towels smelled dusty. The floor and the room overall were clean. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up two floors, but it wasn’t too bad since I was traveling with only hand luggage. The staff was very polite.

This was one of the worst hotel booking experiences I’ve had. The room looked nothing like the pictures shown online. Everything felt old, dirty, and poorly maintained — there wasn’t even toilet paper provided. The room had a noticeable smoking smell, and the ventilation was very poor. I had planned to take a shower before my flight, but the condition of the bathroom was so unpleasant that I couldn’t bring myself to do it. This experience has made me very cautious about booking hotels in Delhi without knowing the property firsthand. Be very careful — the photos online can be extremely misleading.

The hotel is not near the airport, I walked to the location on the app and it did not exist and I did not get any notification of a different location until after I called and then they sent me a location 5 km away. I did not feel safe going to a second location and needed to stay near the airport so I booked another hotel that was much closer.
