Not sure why this property is on a hotel booking website as it is a property managed through a 3rd party property management company. You are not “hosted” as a guest, but are required to sign a short term rental agreement before you are given any details about the property location. There is then an extensive list on how to turn on every appliance in the property - heating, HWS, and even Wi-Fi was turned off. Who turns the Wi-Fi modem off these days??? So of course when the modem was turned on, it failed to complete setup and therefore there was no wifi. A day and a half dealing with their support team resulted in numerous requests for photos of the modem and the old “have you turned it off and on again” we gave up. The apartment is also in a mobile phone black spot without any signal. Apartment advertised as having a full kitchen, but there was many utensils missing so it was pretty useless. Extensive list of euro fines for dirty dishes and mess etc, but no dishwashing tabs, tea towels, brooms etc provided to ensure everything left clean. Key pick up and drop off at a souvenier shop 500 metres from apartment. Overall, not what we expected.
