2/5. You get what you pay for, but l've stayed in better for less, and worse for more, which is the only reason it's not a 1.
Not the quietest, not the cleanest. Walls so thin someone walking barefoot in a neighbouring room sounded like they were in the room with us.
My feet went black walking around the room, the bedding had an uncomfortable feeling of being unclean, the bathroom was smelly and had a hole in the wall/missing panel. The room smelt of petrol! Asked for help ordering a taxi as it's next to a dual carriage way with no obvious taxi rank nearby and staff seemed confused by the query.
Food was good, but would avoid the meat....
However smoking is allowed so we asked to be moved. Breakfast was lacking - only toasties.
Risk of electrocution when plugging anything into the wall, as sockets are hanging off it. WiFi is free but painfully slow. Name is misleading, Itsy doesn't appear anywhere on the building, causing confusion to taxi drivers.
