Ashley at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We could have traded rooms, but we were with our son and his family, and wanted to stay next to them. The rooms look like they were recently renovated, and were clean. Our door was semi "broken", as in the hinge on top had a bad screw and the door sagged. If you were strong enough, you could lift the door as you were opening it, otherwise it would get really stuck, and when you finally got it open, it made so much noise! Anyone sleeping was rudely awakened! One time the laundry lady got tired of watching us struggle to get the door open, she came over with her key, and SHE had hard time getting it open! I hope they fix it. Also, I forgot to tell them that during the night the fan made an extra intermittent noise. The first night with thought it was an alarm. It went off and on all night. We didn't sleep very well. The next night we wore ear plugs... The laundry room across the way was sometimes noisy, but the people in there were super nice.
