Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but towels, while clean, were well worn and need replacing. Easy access from highway with plenty of options to get something to eat. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. It was clean, In a safe and convenient area. Our carpet did have two burn marks in it (not cigarette: they were a bit larger) so that didn't look great. There was also a stain in the portion of the carpet that was being used as a baseboard on the lower part the wall, but this did not affect our stay. The room really was clean. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the wifi was sufficient, the breakfast was good per my teenage daughters.

The air conditioner didn't work right in the room. Sounded like it was going to blow up and there was a stink bug on the curtain by the air conditioner.

We stayed here while visiting our son for his first Parents Weekend at the University of Dayton. Since we needed two rooms, we were trying to be mindful of our budget, and this hotel ended up being a great choice. The hotel was clean, about a 15–20 minute drive to and from campus, and perfect for a good night’s rest. Compared with other options in the area, it was very affordable — about $225 per room for two nights, including tax. Such a great deal for a busy college weekend! Breakfast was good and had plenty of options: coffee, fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage/bacon, juices, yogurt, oatmeal with toppings, and more. My daughters also used the pool and said it was great. It was the perfect two-night stay for our first family weekend at UD. The hotel itself isn’t in perfect condition, but honestly, neither is my son’s dorm! For the price, cleanliness, location, and amenities, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again.

Clean, close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast buffet was small but could have been better if there were muffins or bagels. The libby could use a click. Staff courteous.
