Booking in went smoothly. They let us book in at 2pm that was welcomed as did not have to carry bags with us. The room was really nice and very clean. We had the evening meal what was nice. Breakfast was also very good. We had egg benadict. We stayed 2 nights really nice stay.

Seamless check in, great breakfast, across the street from railway station and walking distance to castle.

Good central location - lovely building with nicely equipped rooms. Only slight downside is the parking situation which as quickly explained when checking in. You need to check in at the Erskine pub opposite, and the parking issue was resolved. Nice friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Great accommodation, with everything we needed and at a sensible price. The Erskin Arms, which is under the same ownership was also fabulous. I would highly recommend both

Best place to stay in Conwy. Super rooms, lots of attention to detail, Erskine Arms is lovely for food and drinks. All very easy. Thanks for the stay.

Excellent breakfast and a lovely base for a couple of days exploring Conwy. Very convenient location for the castle, etc. The bells of the church nearby are audible, especially with the window open - would recommend using the air conditioning and/or making use of the supplied earplugs if that's likely to bother you.

6/10 Bueno

We booked a superior room that was supposed to have a king bed and balcony. The place was charming but the bed was much smaller than a king and the mattress was of poor quality. The breakfast was very good and we ate dinner there as well which was also good quality, however, they seemed in a hurry to turn the table.

Very nice and quiet area! Close to all of the main attractions in Conwy, as well as the main train station.

Amazing. Small recommendation: Put a small shelf in the shower so guests don't have to put shampoo bottles, razors, soap, etc. on the floor. Otherwise, perfect stay!!

Lovely place to stay. Very central if coming with the train and staff was really lovely. Big rooms, and very charming. There’s a lounge area where people tend to sit if several people staying there and did get a bit noisy in the evening as there’s no staff. Cleaning was lacking a bit, but was manageable

Such a unique place to stay. The pub has amazing food; loved getting breakfast in the morning. Everything was super easy. Would’ve loved some amenities in the room for us to store and heat up food, but still a lovely room.

Had a wonderful stay at y chapel, breakfast was served in the lovely local pub which was a few doors down from the chapel. Great quality food and fabulous service from all staff. We had a long list of enquires and each on was met by staff. Church bells weren’t a problem through the night was actually quite therapeutic. Would Defiantly return and recommended. Not for children though as the walls are pretty thin. Many thanks to all for a great stay!

The Y Chapel was really a great experience. All furniture and linen was at top quality. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need was there. Breakfast was excellent. A lot of choice. All cooked to order. So pleased with my stay.

Excellent location for the centre of Conwy, always a joy to go there. Great to have the communal facilities and the room was lovely and bathroom too. Would be helpful to have a shelf in the shower. Some debris from the road in the entrance which could’ve been cleaned, but good facilities and very nice over all.
