Pros:
- A couple different kinds of decent pillows provided, 5 total on our king bed
- Mattress pretty good, 6-6.5 on a scale if 1 is ultra soft and 10 is ultra firm.
- some of the nicest soft fluffy towels we've encountered at this price point
- Clean room/bathroom/towels and such, including inside drawers
- Breakfast with meat/egg options and particularly tasty self-serve waffles
- Mini fridge had a dedicated mini freezer with its own door
- Pump dispensers for hand soap, shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner where they're needed
- Close to train, but didn't hear it at all after bedtime
Cons:
- No elevator, can't tell when booking
- Biscuits at breakfast require microwaving, and only plates provided are styrofoam. No real butter available, juice wasn't good
- Wifi was on the slow end, might have been a challenge if we were staying long enough to do work.
- Offers support by text, lots of communication about wanting to make sure you have what you need. Staff was friendly but not out of her way helpful on our checkin, maybe just because she thought there wasn't much to do make loading in up the stairs any easier.
- It was rather challenging to take the luggage cart through two manual pull doors to get back into the lobby, and would be even more difficult without two people to help, and the front desk did not offer to.
Overall average budget experience. Not bad, but if we stay near here again, we'd try the Comfort Inn we had considered instead.
