Paid higher rate than other hotel in the area because it had a pool and hot tub. We were traveling for 4-hours and were looking forward to relaxing in pool and hot-tub only to find out upon arrival that they both were under construction. If it wasnt already 9:00 at night i would have went to the American inn down the road. Very disappointing. I think it should be mandatory that it is posted on their sites if these items are not working.

When we pulled up there was so much ice on the ground in the parking lot all around the hotel. Then checked in to find out the pool and spa wasn't working the lady said she told everyone for 4 weeks about it and was on website. I never saw anything like that or I would have booked with someone else. Next morning the ice was even thicker and still no ice melt was put down and was trying not to fall to get to my car. I have no desire to stay here again.
