The service was slow and dismissive in addressing a menu discrepancy. After initially disputing the issue, the waiter confirmed the mistake after a long delay. When my wife expressed frustration, the manager intervened but, instead of honoring my request to have the food boxed, took it away entirely. Despite this, we were still charged half the price because I had eaten nearly half while waiting for a resolution. This response only added to the frustration. Better customer service and fairer resolution practices are needed.
The service and communication were disappointing throughout our stay. After reporting the restaurant issue and our frustration to the front desk the next morning, we were told we would receive a response, but no follow-up ever came. Additionally, I reported mold in the bathroom with photo evidence and informed them we would be away for a few hours, hoping for a resolution. Again, there was no response. Ultimately, we checked out on Sunday morning feeling completely disregarded and disappointed. Improved communication and accountability are necessary.
