Very pleasant stay at this site. Friendly clerk at check in, breakfast was far better than what I normally get at hotels and the room and the property overall was clean and tidy. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

The first room we were in smelled like Mildew, second room smelled like mildew it was horrible. The third room was better but not by much. We traveled from across the Country with kids we will never stay or recommend this hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, beds comfortable, very cool a/c. Space was a little tight, especially in bathroom area, but manageable. Breakfast was great with eggs, potatoes, sausage, plus the usual items. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a good value and we'd definitely return if in the area.

Room had been freshly remodeled. It was updated and clean. Breakfast was well rounded. Excellent accommodations, especially for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Super helpful gentleman at 20:30 when I got there,friendly,polite.. older hotel with updated more modern remodel… bed was definitely more of a slab feel than a mattress feel but I was just glad to be able to find a place to stay, and was pleasantly surprised

Please note that several of the property photos are either AI generated or showing only the very best rooms. The room I got was not as renewed and fresh as the online photos made it look, but it was still clean and fine for the price. The mattress was rock hard and the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. The armchair in the room was equally as uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, parking was fine, location is convenient, staff were pleasant and professional. Over-all, I wouldn’t stay here again simply because of how uncomfortable the bed was even though everything else was okay. I’m there to sleep more than anything and I could NOT get a good night’s sleep.

Really great place, the staff was very nice! The room was clean, neat, everything worked well. Looks like it has been recently updated/remodeled. The outside they were doing spring cleaning and maintenance. All in all, a great choice for an inexpensive place! I'll be staying there again on my next trip.

Upon arrival it was very late timing so that is on me. I got checked in into a room that wasn’t what I had a reservation for but the front desk guy accidentally had a mix up and upgraded me with no extra charge. The room I was in was overall nice and quiet and I didn’t have any complaints and the breakfast was pretty good

Nice stay but I had to reinstall blinds, also had pieces of the wall misses. There was also hair in the towels that did not belong to me.

AC was so cold (63°) in room when entering that the room smelled damp and musty. I turned the ac up and room smelled better when I left next day. Hot food was gone by 7:30am so called from desk and made staff aware. 10-15 min later hot food was available again.

Remodeled rooms and now offering breakfast makes this hotel my choice in Ponca City.

Julie is the only friendly person there and does a good job cleaning the rooms. I’ve been twice and each room had mold in the bathroom ceiling, the second room on 1st floor smelt quite musty.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby was very nice and impeccably clean. My room was clean, very well appointed with everything I wanted and needed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The TV and viewing options were great. It was an excellent value to boot, would definitely recommend it stay there again.
