The toilet was not fully on the ground and rocked. The toilet seat was not secure. Above the shower there was water dripping down from the second floor. Was worried something might fall down. During the night the toilet kept making noises suggesting the seal was incomplete causing the water to slowly drain out of the tank which caused the toilet to refill.

The staff were amazing! There was mold in the bathroom around the vent and on the shower ceiling. The breakfast lacked from other choice hotels that we stayed out. There was sausage, hard biscuits and cereal.

During our stay staff was amazing! But room and property definitely wasnt how it was advertise. Our first night we had tons of beetles running around. Which i killed. Later we order pizza and when we came back from a outting to eat our room had been infested with Ants. they had gotten into our full pizza which we hadn't got to eat staff said they are unable to refund us for our loss of food. Which was not ok cause we are on a budget. They moved us rooms and the next room had mold in the bathroom . They moved us again and that room was ok. We went to go swimming and peices of the ceiling were falling and covered in mold tables and chairs were also covered in mold.

One of the mattresses had dried blood. Breakfast wasn’t there on Saturday and Sunday. Two out of the 3 days of our stay. Black mold on the ceiling and walls where the roof had leaked. Had to change the filter on my CPAP because it got mold in it. I stay at Quality Inns quite frequently and I was very disappointed. We would have asked for a refund if we would have not booked online. The woman that checked us in was very nice and professional. The pool was decent and better than other hotels we have visited.

The whole place needs a good cleaning. The pool area needs a major update. Not well ventilated so the paint is falling from the ceiling as well as the walls. Our tub spout was leaking constantly. The staff was really nice.
