Olor a marihuana en la habitacion, cambio de habitacion, colchon con orin, cambio de habitacion, sabanas sucias y gastadas, cambio de habitacion. A la noche descubro agua fria, sin agua caliente en la ducha, no me pude bañar. El manager me prometio devolver mi dinero de la verguenza. No lo hizo.

The room was dated and was lacking a microwave. For this level of stay, this should be a given. Overall it was acceptable, but not a place for a family stay. The complimentary breakfast was typical, and the lobby setting was very nice.

Normally I am not one to complain but we stay at Hyatts all the time and this one was a shocking surprise. The lobby is currently being renovated which is its own thing. But everything was kind of dirty. And then you get to the room and it’s questionable at best. The shower drain wouldn’t drain, you can’t close the bathroom door without standing inside the shower, the door wouldn’t close to the bathroom, tv didn’t work, furniture was all worn and broken. Seems like they know they need to update things but it is definitely in a state of disrepair and not at all to the standard of the Hyatt that we are used to.

Got keys to the first room . Entered and immediately saw a big water leak in the ceiling. Went back to front desk and got the second room key. This rooms ac was not working properly but it was late and I was tired. The room ne er got comfortable. There was also a group of teens at the hotel, a sports team of some kind. Although accompanied by adults they were running and chasing each other through the hallways . Expected a better exper6 for my money.

We drove from Cleveland and didn't have a room at 7pm when we arrived in Cincinnati. Hyatt had sold our room. There was no availability, no rooms for our reservation! Again Terrible FD

We were there several days with our eight kids. When I needed more towels the housekeeping staff didn’t all speak English when one of them translated the other brushed me off and said front desk go to front desk instead of just giving me towels. They were very rude. Rooms air conditioner leaked water all over the floor the staff at breakfast were extremely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to refill the coffee. We found our self continually going to the front desk to ask if they could help us because the staff and other areas of the building were unwilling to help us. Front desk staff were very nice and apologetic however, we continued to be treated rudely by all other staff. Definitely will not be revisiting there.

Quiet, 3 star hotel, outdated and a little run down. Only has one desk/bar/ office person per shift. Buffet area is very small and very limited, basic scrambled egg, pre cooked frozen sausage, frozen French toast, cereal, bagels, coffee and juice. Will not stay again

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and worked perfect for our trip. There was one evening that the shower kept going off and on and the toilets kept getting backed up. They were filling the outside pool though, so that might have had something to do with it.
