The room and bathroom were large and amenities worked well. Front desk staff great. Free breakfast not as great as other places but ok. The facility is somewhat worn but kept up nicely and was clean. Nice garden. Convenient to King Street and the free shuttle.

Jazz at the Front Desk is amazing. Engaging, friendly and customer service orientated. Usually stay at Hilton Gardens on vacations but especially during spring break becoming too pricey. This Hampton Inn is only new carpet (in the common areas) away from equaling the next level stay. Huge plus: parking garage on site !

Clean rooms; amazing guest service. It’s a bit disappointing in that it doesn’t have a bar or market/store on premises for snacks. Not even vending machines! They need to upgrade a bit.
