Let’s start with the positives. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, both at check in and our shuttle driver to the airport.
I was quite disappointed with the lobby area, which is uninviting and feels sterile. I had some time to kill and there is nowhere to go without a car, so I had hoped to be able to hang out in the lobby for a bit, but it was so uncomfortable that I ended up seeking shelter in the Embassy Suites lobby / bar area, which is next door. The lobby could benefit from being redone much cozier from lighting to furniture. I was also unsure if there was a bartender, as other guests ended up paying their snacks at the front desk, which added to the uninviting atmosphere.
Overall, it was fine, but for the price, I expected a nicer ambience in the main lobby/checkin area and overall.
