Good location and place, but bad customer service. Clean place with beds, kitchenette, shower, and washing machine.
A major hiccup - bad customer service.
Unmanned accommodation, so had to contact customer service via the tablet in the lobby entrance for any issue. No hot water for shower on winter night. Customer service staff unhelpful and bad attitude. Claimed that we didn't follow instructions. Contacted Hotels.com customer service agent, equally bad. 1st agent tried to brush me off by saying that he would give me 67 bucks to end case. Literally treating me like a beggar. Had to get 2-3 agents for someone to get hotel staff to do the right thing. Ended up the room tablet (with all instructions) was spoilt when technician came to check heater. Technician who came by was helpful and took time to explain workaround approach and how to make things work.
