The concierge gave terrific recommendations our first morning on what to see around town and was very helpful. We loved our stay at Dimora Botteghelle. The room was lovely designed, it was a simple one but did not look like it was. Francesca is super helpful during the stay, available on WhatsApp and enabling self check in. The breakfast was also very good. Everything is close to the property so very walkable. Not a problem at all for us but there is no lift in the property so this is something to consider when booking for people who need it. Only thing I would add in the room or in the common area is the possibility to have tea or coffee!

We stayed here for a few nights as a part of our Sicily trip and it was an amazing place to stay in Trapani. The breakfest that is included was a great way to start the day with loads of pastries, fruit and coffee. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved our stay. The room keys were a bit finicky but we figured them out quickly. Francesca was very helpful and accommodating for our late check in and early check out. She also provided us great instructions for visiting Erice and favigana and sent us directions on where and how we should park our rental car. We spent so much time out and around the town we missed the chance to have dinner at the restaurant but it definitely looked like a great place for food and wine.
