On arrival at 1700 I was shocked to learn that the hotel has no bar or beverage service. Drinks, including hot beverages could only be served after 1900 hrs from the restaurant. I had four business colleagues meeting me, and it was embarrassing to tell them we had to go somewhere else to get a coffee. We left, and also had dinner out - so a big loss to the hotel!
In addition, the next morning I found that the food available that was gluten free was minimal. There was no bread to toast and only plastic wrapped little rolls, which were disgusting to eat raw - these MUST be toasted! The main guest had a big range of bread and pastries - all I had was tiny little coconut cakes - horrible. I paid FULL price for the breakfast but had less than 1/8th choice
