When I checked in, I gave them $50 on my charge card for incidentals, which I did not use. I assumed they would use it in case there was any damage to the room like other hotels do, and there was none. I arrived home to find they processed it for no reason. I would like a refund immediately. They did immediately refund my $50, and I appreciate it.

This place is gross....I have 7 pictures of pee stains, hair, and dirt being on the bed sheets and towels. I complained and they gave me a new room, which was still dirty. Had literal yellow stains and black hairs everywhere. This place is filthy and disgusting. AVOID.
