Es un buen hotel y está muy secas de restaurantes y tiendas
The rooms were nice. The hallways needed vacuuming. In the morning the person at the front desk was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge I was waiting. I loaded my things into the car and came back and asked if I needed to do anything and she said “oh...no, you’re good.” She didn’t ask for my room number or ask me if I wanted a receipt or anything. Pool was out of service because of COVID...there are lots of other hotels that still have their pools open.
Check in lady was rude.. must not like her job. Pool and spa still closed. Rooms were ok. Facet on bathtub needs work. Handle about fell off. Heater/air conditioner didn't work well... will not be staying again.
Dirty, and the employee acted like she hated her job!
The pool was closed. That should of been known. Would not of rented room the room knowing that.
A nice place to stay when your on a holiday shopping budget, no pool but that was understandable.

Waited 20 minutes to check in while the front desk finished a call with her husband; TV didn’t work and had to move rooms; room and its condition were “run down.”
Bad- pool was shut down, carpets need replacing. Good- outside is getting a facelift and the overnight employee was friendly and spent her time cleaning the lobby.
I checked in at rhodeway inn rapid city,sd. On 30th and 1st of oct. 2020. I needed rest but there was roaches( insect ) i felt discusted and restless loss of appetite. I did not tell the front desk because they are rude and nosey... Very unprofessional behavior towards some customers.... After are checkout i gave the review.
