We are handicapped (I had a stroke and my mom is 91) and we requested 2 rooms on the first floor. They took our money and put us on the second floor. Their beds are on platforms approx. 3ft high, too high to get into. Some of the outlets didn't work. They are in the process of remodeling and have old sinks, cabinets, etc., just laying around scattered all over the halls and parking area.

Good, clean property in Hoffman Estates. Easy access to the interstate. Had to check out a day earlier due to unexpected situation, and the Manager was easy to work with in processing the refund. Definitely will book again for my next work/holiday trip.
