Breakfast was lacking. Our room did not smell good and there needs to be some attention to the carpet, carpet/tile transition and beside the bathtub. I do realize there is some remodeling planned as there were supplies stacked outside.

Read the reviews and decided we would make a reservation because the reviews sounded good. Check in was smooth and fast. Got to our room and it was terrible! Hair all over the bathroom, stained bedspread, broken tiles in bathroom, floor hadn't been vacuumed. Went to ask for a new room. Front desk person was outside smoking. She apologized and gave us a different room. Terrible!! Stains on walls, big stain on couch, broken toilet paper holder cracked floor tiles, shower curtain rod was falling down, stains on the bathroom walls and the drywall was falling apart. Breakfast?? We grabbed a kids yogurt and got out of there.

We didn’t have a shower curtain so we couldn’t shower, the toilet paper holder was broken, the clock was broken and the bathroom fan was broken. The coffee maker didn’t have cups, so we used the plastic bathroom cups. Our TV didn’t work for us and whoever was above us was banging around all through the night keeping us awake. Breakfast was ok… The attendant at the desk was very sweet and attentive. I’ve never complained about a hotel stay before but this one warranted it. $75 down the drain
