Lobby smelled when I walked so I decided not to stay for the full 3 nights. Told the concierge before passing and he assured me I wouldn't be charged. Then I contacted Hotels.com to ensure I wouldn't be charged and they asked me I wouldn't be. But the next morning I saw my credit card had been fully charged. Concierge refused to assist and sod only Hotels.com could do it. My night rate, as shown in my receipt, indicated that my nightly charges would be 96.67 but I was charged over 160 for the one night. Everyone refused to give me a partial refund. The room was DISGUSTING! there was a black hand print on the shower wall, the sink was missing part of its cabinet, the door looked like it had been kicked in a few times, there were finger prints and black sticky smears in the light switch which didn't work inside the door, and the toilet flusher, a brown stain in the curtain which looked like dried blood, chewed up door casings, and a broken TV stand.
I'm trying to add photos to prove what I encountered but the app won't let me.
