lots of privacy, nice and quiet even though it is right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Very spacious room, great value

There was milk but no tea or coffee, the en-suite toilet was not cleaned and evidence was left in the bowl and not all of the balcony doors opens. This unit needs maintenance. The staff were polite and friendly

Arrived for check in to find our apartment had no water and no power. This seemed inconvenient to the manager on duty as we asked for a new room. Not very helpful and felt that we had inconvenienced them when it should of been the other way round. I think they just wanted to finish their shift.

Good location and very roomy. It comfortably fit a family of 4.

Spacious apartment with comfortable beds but full of cockroaches.

Really impressed with the 2br apartment. Love how main br has ensuite! Spacious, open plan with fantadtic water views. Love how all rooms have a door to the balcony overlooking SP Beach too. Walking distance to city centre (one block). Convenient for public transport also.

Older building with older furniture. Dim lighting in the rooms. Definitely in need of a renovation. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach and a short walk to Cavill Ave. The price was ok for the condition of the unit.

There was a lot not to like. The apartment was old and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Walls had lots of marks. The bathroom was old and the tiles/grout were mouldy. The cabinets needed repair as did the toilet. The kitchen had a melted oven. The stove was old as was the microwave, but working. One couch you could not sit on as you fell into it. The windows were very dirty. Carpet very old. Water pressure was odd sometimes not even there. The only thing we liked was the bed. It was very comfortable. The fan in the bedroom was ver noisy and old.

In need of redecorating, carpet was filthy.Utencls were poor.
