The place was great just really poor train staff for the place , there were a few employees that knew what they were doing and you can tell they had experience, you don’t have to be an expert but manners and professional go a long way, we were lucky we hand great interactions with some more experienced staff to give this place a chance again

It was a good experience. However, they overbooked our room for a king-size bed and downsized it to 2 full-size beds. The refrigirator did not work in the room. They refused to give us a credit for the mishap. The New Years Eve Celebration that the hotel put on was nice. Nice location and quiet.
