Ample parking and EV charging facilities. The room was adequate but the breakfast was simply exceptional. We’ve stayed at a range of properties all over the world and this was by far of the most impressive breakfasts I’ve ever seen. That this was offered for free, in a budget hotel, was completely unexpected. We’d never heard of Thon as a hotel chain prior to this latest visit to Norway and I don’t know if they’re all similar or if this particular location is a standout but we will definitely be back next time we’re in Norway!

A good hotel for one-night sleep

We stayed one night on our way from Oslo to Flam. Although the room was not spacious, 3 members of my family had no trouble getting good rest and sleep. It was so quiet. Besides the breakfast was excellent. I recommend this hotel.

Vi bodde her i forbindelse med et besøk til Bjørneparken, og reiste som to voksne og et barn på 1,5 år. Hotellet har fine og romslige rom, og frokosten var 10/10. Det var derimot litt skuffende at det var få aktiviteter tilrettelagt for de aller minste barna. Lekekroken hadde også hatt godt av en skikkelig vask, da både området og flere av lekene virket ganske skitne. Det er heller ingen aircondition på rommene, så det ble veldig varmt på sommeren. Alt i alt et fint opphold med gode rom og en svært god frokost, men hotellet har et forbedringspotensial når det gjelder tilbudet til små barn og renhold av lekeområdet.
