We did not get the room we thought we paid for. But an equivalent one which has a king bed. There was no table nor balcony this was because the room we book was under construction. Which we were informed after seeing the room. The room it self was clean. The toilet too close to sink. It is ok for a nights stay. Staff helpful. You pay $300 for a bond that is explained upon arrival. Reception does not operate normal morning hours. Food was ok. Drinks only some inconsistencies with pricing. You get 10% discount for meals and drinks during your stay which is a good thing. Getting a phone call back when leaving a message can take days. Over all it was an ok stay.

The Parade Hotel was awesome stay the room was clean and fresh towels everyday and a chocolate as well, could have had a full service if I needed it but towels were enough. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the Hotel and the food was first class, I recommend the Parade hotel too anyone who was needing cheap accommodation in Bunbury ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Friendly welcome by the venue staff on arrival. The hotels food was very tasty and generous. The chocolates on our bed were a nice touch. Thanks to all of the team who looked after us. I think the managers name was Roxie. She took the time to have a chat and made sure everything was ok. We'll definitely return.

We really liked it there. They had a separate room wirh microwave, dining table and ironing board which I found quite convenient. The only parking was in a car park accross the road which we were a bit hesitant about at first but it was a safe area and our car was fine.

Booking a room in Bunbury at the moment was very difficult so I was very pleased to find the Parade Hotel had an available booking. The unit was clean, quiet and nicely made up. Staff were friendly and helpful. The checking in and out was streamlined and appeared to go smoothly. The held deposit was returned promptly as advised.

Whilst this is not a criticism of the hotel per se I did find it quite noisy, as despite reminders during check in, and on signs and other information provided, other guests failed to refrain from loud conversations in the corridor. The noise certainly travels.

Room was nice and large enough, although the shower needs to be cleaned better. Other guests talking in their rooms with the doors open meant I couldn't sleep as it was so noisy. I didn't obtain my 10% discount when ordering food and a drink, even though I had my room key in my hand, as it obviously wasn't noticeable to the staff member serving me.
