Very old and tired accommodations. Extremely poor and terribly uncomfortable beds. Noisy & erratic HVAC. It is possible the room hasn’t been updated since George Washington was rumored to have slept here! Staff indifferent to on-site feedback.

Lovely old hotel which has been updated. By the highway and busy roads but you don't hear the traffic inside. Nice free breakfast 70's is inappropriate and distracting. Staff is friendly and helpful. Piano available to play in upstairs lounge. Nice garden. Upscale restaurant on the other end of the parking lot.

Despite a wedding, and being right next to major highways, our room was so quiet! I was pleasantly surprised how sound proofed it was. The courtyard view was nice too and clearly buffered the noise of the roads.

Although the staff member we spoke with was very accommodating , it was not a very restful stay as the fire alarm went off ( no fire ) but not sure what the issue was, the walls were quite thin so the noises outside and above our room was quite loud unfortunately so we did not get much rest at this hotel.
