This is the worst hotel i ever stayed in. The hotel was dirty and there is a large mirror as the back board of the bed. When i ask to be placed in a different room., the hotel told me they are full and pretend not to speak English. I left

Everything was bare minimum but cleanliness was really the reason I would never return

Very rundown and full of long-term tenants. There was screaming outside my room during the night, which is indicative of the whole experience.

It looks like the owners are trying but the facility needs a lot more maintenance. Looks like it may be set up for economical use by contractors. We would not be anxious to return to this hotel.

I thought oyo were an up scale place. Nothing more than a $50 bed. Not worth the $140. Blood on shower curtain. Pics very misleading! Shower faucet needs replaced. Hard to find hot water. Old tall refrigerator. Tv was nice, but place was run down. Thank god it was just me, family would not have stayed there.

didn't even get to stay. booked through a third party website that didn't mention any age limits, get to the property and there's signs everywhere that say 21+. clerk denies my refund for over 100$ and shooed me out of the building. horrid.

Not luxurious, but cheap. Cinder block walls, painted over. Shower worked, but not well. Did not use the kitchenette. I had lots of trouble connecting to the internet, and the manager was not very helpful. But the bed was comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Absolute scam artists. They claimed my reservation was cancelled when I arrived and forced me to pay a higher price at the property. Since it was Lollapalooza weekend, I had no other options. They claimed they would issue a refund for the cancelled reservation but when hotels.com contacted them, they refused to do it. To add insult to injury, the WIFI was the worst I've had to deal with in years and the shower had no hot water. I am astonished the reviews of this place are decent. It was my worst ever experience.
