We were disappointed after seeing the 9.0 rating. The amount of people who couldn't park between lines in the ramp made parking so stressful with almost no spots left. Then, our room never cooled to less than 73 degrees. It was easily 10 to 15 degrees cooler in the hiway. The pool clearly wasn't cleaned or had a chlorine imbalance. You couldn't see children swimming at the bottom of four feet. It felt incredibly unsafe. We switched to this hotel because there was an indoor pool, so this was incredibly disappointing to our children. Finally, there were only 2 small elevators. With 11 floors, and at least 20-24 rooms on each floor, it was stressful for everyone trying to use them. Going up and down 10 flights of stairs with two smaller children wasn't reasonable. We couldn't be moved because they were booked solidly. The rooms were fine- middle of the road which was expected. Overall, the price is appealing due to free parking. I will pay a premium if we visit St. Louis again to avoid the stress we felt each morning and night with lines for food and parking.
