I stayed at the Westin from Friday to Saturday, and overall, the experience was disappointing. When I arrived, there wasn’t much staff available, and when I inquired about valet parking, they informed me that they couldn’t charge my car while it was in valet, so I had to park myself. The layout of the hotel was confusing—you need to take one elevator to reach the lobby and then another set of elevators to access the rooms, which was frustrating.
The front desk staff were snappy and rude, often not understanding basic questions. While the room itself was nice, one of the provided water bottles had already been used, and there was no closet or ironing board, which I found odd. I requested extra towels for the next morning, but they took a long time to arrive. Additionally, when I asked for a late checkout, my request was rudely declined.
Overall, while the hotel itself was nice, the service and experience didn’t live up to the cost.
