4/10 Aceptable

As soon as I turned on the bathroom, my roaches ran everywhere but after driving from Atlanta, nonstop hours too tired compliant, fell asleep immediately next morning I got up to take a shower. Then when I woke up, I found roaches crawling across the wall in the bedroom area it was more like a an hour place than a hotel. You know what I mean.

no wifi which was necessary for me. heard them tell many versions of why. but heard the man on the phone telling the company "they'd paid $2000 already it should be enough to get it back on"

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet in Circle all purposes the Internet worked properly and floated the TV, which is a bonus compared to some of the other place that I stayed in Ohio.

The door was broken didn’t close. Wright didn’t open right, towels looked like they were from somebody’s home. Everything about the place was just dilapidated and rundown.

The motel as a whole was very kept and clean. The room I rented was very nice and clean too. The price I paid for the 3 nights was good too. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well.

Grounds, lobby, hall ways and room all clean. Staff very friendly. Once in the room, no phone to call the front desk, no guide for TV, no menus for local restaurants or for delivery. Over all was a nice room comfy bed.

This place isn't clean enough for rats and roaches to stay. The laundry room is gross and a joke. The staff isn't helpful at all and the rooms haven't been cleaned... Ever!

I booked the room. They canceled my reservation late without confirming

This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. The room was filthy, the bed linens had visible stains, and even the walls were stained. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed and upset that I wasn't able to see the room before paying. I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed one night with two toddlers, and it was functional. Not very clean, but not disgusting. The facilities definitely need to be updated and repaired, but the aesthetics of the room were not our priority. The bedding and towels have holes, and there are no blackout curtains.

My reservation was cancelled due to overbooking the hotel. I got no phone call. No offer of another property. Just an email the day of arrival that it was cancelled. When I called the hotel. I was told they were sold out and he was only an employee and could not help
