There was a used contact lens found in our room on the bedside table - neither of us wear contact lenses. On the second day our used towels were removed and not replaced so we had absolutely none. On the third night a vent fell down from the roof and when we spoke to reception about this they tried to plan us off saying it wasn’t a big deal. They eventually moved us to a new room but made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We had also asked for a room away from the lift and were allocated a room immediately next to the lift.
