Hotel stay

It was some where to put your head down. It was clean and a good location. The bed was uncomfortable and very noisy.

4/10 Aceptable

The allocated room at checkin had scaffolding erected outside the 2 windows. We could see workmen on the platforms and hear talking. I asked for a room change and was given another room. On first umpression the rooms are dated and the matresses are sagging but comfortable. Service at breakfast was awful we were asked 3 times did we want tea/coffee and toast but it never arrived. I complained to reception and Breakfast the second morning was better and service had improved also.

2/10 Mediocre

Honest

When we arrived we booked in for meal that evening and breakfast next morning. This was not the case when we went that eve for dinner. Also no record of us for breakfast. We wanted a bowl Of soup when we arrived but again was out of the question. 50 minute to an hour wait. We were told to do to restaurant across the road. Would not come back to stay there. We will be staying in Ballyliffen town house the next time.
