Good to be near Chico State but it was a horrible stay. Bed sheets had holes, ac needed a folded tissue to prop open the vents, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, the breakfast amenities were coffee, bananas, Capri son juice and a Danish. We won't stay here again.

The rooms were horrible. There is a cockroach problem at this property.

Room wasn't ready until 9:15 pm. It was the most spartan hotel I have stayed in in quite q while. There was nothing about that said stay again even though I will need to be in the CHico area a number of time over the next four years.

We chose it for price and location. It was a reasonable price and decent location. The room was clean. The only amenities in the room were 2 small shampoo sachets and soap. The pool was closed. Breakfast was very minimal. It would be nice if there were tea and hot chocolate packets available also. Staff were friendly and helpful, but I usually had to search for them for help. There were a lot of people staying there, but it was not noisy.

For a low budget place it's what you'd expect. Ac cut out middle of the nite. So we all woke up sweaty. Breakfast was basic n they were out of sugar. Lots of cigarette butts left around from people staying there to light back up...coulda been the wind that blew them into the walkway and they cant really monitor that at nite so I guess that wasn't on them. Some suss people but its what you get for what ya pay. O and 1 bed was HELLA squeaky.

At fiesta the hotel didn't seem like a Nice place to stay. However, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was Nice. The complementar y breakfast leaves lot to be desired. But in general it was a good place to stay.

I checked out early and stayed at another place. This Motel is absolutely trash!!! The late night clerk didn't even sufficiently speak English, and i question whether he is here legally. Drug addicts everywhere, my room smelt like there used to be a meth lab in there. Why would the Days Inn buy this motel? At least the lady working the front desk the next morning was pretty nice when I checked out the next morning or otherwise i would have verbally laid into them like i am right here. She was the only positive about this place. I feel bad for her. My solution: Take a wrecking ball and destroy this place.

The property was not well kept. We checked in late and there was nobody in the office and then when he did come he was not very friendly. The air conditioner barely worked. The refrigerator and lights went on and off all night long, So it didn't get cold in the fridge. Went to get some ice and there was none on property. Would not stay again!
