I waited to post this review in hopes of receiving a response to the email I sent to the hotel’s general manager, but after hearing nothing back, I can only assume that my experience reflects a broader issue with how this hotel is managed.
First, the dates of my stay were recorded incorrectly. More importantly, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. In the first room, the refrigerator was dirty, a light bulb was out in the bathroom, a toenail was on the floor, and there was a visible urine stain on the pull-out sofa bed. We were moved to another room, only to find mold on the pull-out sofa there as well.
I was traveling with my children, so these issues caused a significant disruption—particularly because they were left with nowhere sanitary to sleep. We were in town for my nephew’s graduation, and unfortunately, the high room rate did not match the level of cleanliness or service we received.
Lesson learned: next time, I’ll stick with hotel brands that consistently deliver on basic standards of quality and guest care.
