The room was not very clean, the floor was sticky and could use a good cleaning. The bed was okay pillows were good but I would not recommend this hotel.

After calling to make sure a room was available to book (which it was), it was given away to the next person that came in. It was absolutely pointless to call in advance and have a reservation…

Floor dirty....no towels...

The AC leaked into the room on the floor. Toilets where clogged and it took a while to get help with anything.

Cockroaches in the room, keycard only worked half the time, pool was closed, floor was sticking up in places, room was dirty, property was dirty, connected to a Denys restaurant. Wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

Another hotel that listed breakfast included with the booking but did not offer breakfast. If breakfast is not included then it should be clear in the description.

The pictures are misleading. The property is in terrible disarray and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The breakfast room is more like a large closet space. The pool area sucks and the jacuzzi doesn’t work. The ceilings are stained from water leaks. The entire place smells like it was flooded and they tried to dry it. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. And there were bugs, maybe cockroaches all over the floors. None of the pictures on their websites are accurate or true. I was told that their remodeling was done except the fourth floor was still be refurbished. It was horribly misleading.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. They really loved the pool

It is a really run down hotel. To me it seems it serves as a half way house for drug rehab or prison release. Our door to the room was falling off the hinges. The toilet needed 2 flushes. Elevator smells. On the plus side it is attached to a Denny's and the food was good along with the service and having an onsite bar helps. Beer was cold. If you want a cheap hotel and don't care about cleanliness than the price is right. The included breakfast was lacking and poorly attended.

Room was dirty the toilet had dry pee on it and the room and hallways smelled so bad never again will we stay there

I wouldn’t stay there again, the whole property is rundown!! The indoor pool that they have is not how it looks in the picture and it smelled like chemicals so bad in the pool room that you couldn’t even swim. The AC in our room leaked all over the floor the first night and got our stuff that we had on the floor soaked. I am not sure that they do the best at cleaning once the guest leave because in the shower there was something left behind from the previous guest. Over all it was not a great experience at all!!!
