Anna and Aiden were amazing and friendly hosts. The stay was so convenient. Breakfast was lovely and the shuttle service was super helpful for getting to the lifts.

Ellie and Dave were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The property itself is getting a little worn, and the walls are paper thin. Apart from that we had a great stay!!

Staff were great. Was a close walk to everything. Only negative was we couldn’t use the kitchen to cook our own food (which I had asked about in advance and was told it was okay) but we ended up getting Seiko-mart food anyways. Area is great, nice and quiet but close enough. The shuttle was great as well

Excellent lodge and service in Niseko!
We Spent a week in Niseko over Christmas and stayed at North point during our stay. We came there to ski, and had an excellent week. The North Point lodge offered all we could ask for. Christian, the lodge manager was super kind, helpful, service-minded and always there to help. There was excellent shuttle service, breakfast at the lodge, giving great recommendations on both skiing, restaurants and how to get around in Niseko/Hokkaido. The lodge is located on walking distance from ski slopes, restaurants and activities. The lodge is quite small (only 8 rooms) and that gave a very friendly atmosphere, where we got to know many of the other guests. I would recommend anyone going to Niseko to stay at the north point. We will definitely come back!

I liked the heated floors in the bedrooms, the drying room downstairs for all of your snow gear (boots, gloves, helmets, hats, jackets, snow pants), and the daily, complimentary breakfast (toast with jam, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, and various juices, milk, cereal, coffee, and tea). The only think I didn’t like about the property was the showers, only because you had to shower in a big open room instead of a shower stall- felt a bit strange to me. But there was good shower pressure and plenty of hot water.

North Point had a nice chalet style feel to it, with a common lounge area. The room rate included breakfast, unlimited tea & coffee and a shuttle up to the ski centre each morning. The staff were very helpful. However, if you don't have transport the local shuttle bus is sporadic at best and it is too far to walk to the lifts with skis & boots. The room was small, but there was plenty of hanging space and it was very quiet. The shared facilities worked fine, though this was not the cleanest place we stayed in. Unlike in Europe, most people stay for just a few nights, arriving at odd times, so it never seemed too busy.

This place is very cute and quaint. My room was comfy with a big warm blanket, lots of light and a patio. Breakfast in the morning feels like you’re at a friends house. The coffee is pretty good too. I was concerned about not having my own bathroom, but it was fine and not awkward at all. They have a washer and dryer and provide laundry detergent. There are multiple shuttle rides available in the morning to save you the 20 min walk uphill. They also offered local pickup at the bus or train station on arrival and departure. I also enjoyed the hot drying room for wet ski clothes and boots.
The sound proofing is really poor though so not a great place if you’re a couple hoping for “romance” at night. I was alone so that was no issue for me.
Overall I really enjoyed my time and I would stay there again.

This place has an incredibly cozy feel and an amazing location. Daily hot breakfast from a very friendly on site staff. Daily shuttle service up to the mountain. Nearby bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. We’re from San Francisco and spend a lot of time in Lake Tahoe. This place has the traditional cabin like feel and all the travelers visiting the space make it fun and social. The bathrooms and showers were always clean and a heated mud room helped dry our boots and ski gear. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
