Not much noise outside the hotel, although the room walls are thin so you can hear others in the next room and the hallway. Had to ask for extra services I needed, but they came through. Great lobby with small seating cubbies and TVs. Pretty weird that they shut down Bistro for holidays so I had to go offsite for food and drink. At least there was a market in lobby.

In general stay was good in terms of employees customer service, but hotel maintenance and housekeeping need attention. Housekeeping - We found two alive cockroaches in the room and in the bathtub. Bathroom floor was dirty. Unacceptable! We had family in another room with the same problem. Maintenance - furniture was damage and some picture frames were full of rust. For a Marriott with not a cheap rate as a customer you have higher expectations.
