The communication with the owners was not there at all. We hadn't recieved our check in information the day of check in. Which made us call expedia help center. They said that we would get the information at 14 o'clock but we recieved it at 15 o'clock, which is check in time.
The instructions on how to get in the gate were not clear. They said to press a bell but there wasn't one with that name. When asked about the correct one to press, we recieved the same message as the check in information. We also tried to call their number but it went to voicemail. We were lucky that one of the other residents were getting in, otherwise we wouldnt have gotten in.
The airco in one room didn't get cold. The other room has a very squicky bed and floor. The shower needs new caulk as it was very run down and one door doenst close. We had to buy our own toiler paper as they only gave is one roll.
