The front desk person was in SHOCK or something because I wanted to check in early. His responses was "check in?" Yes I understand theres and extra fee, paid for it. Went to rm, key didnt work. Went back to office, walk to rm, front desk person already waiting at door making sure rm opens. Key works. Tried ac, did not work. Called front desk, "maintenance will come". Asked how long, "2mins". Maintenance was not sure if ac will get cold, blew air though. Called front desk to inform, asked if he can get me a discount or a other rm, him," no discount and no rms available at this time, I can refund your rm" I didnt ask that at all. Called back that ill keep the rm, him,"its already refunded, come back to office(3x now) to rerun your card." HUH?! mind you I drove 2hrs to get there! No care given. $150 total! Disgusting! Plenty of parking, rm was clean, 1.5 toilet paper. Old building.
